9/23 Thursday - How many carbs should I eat to lose weight?

Here’s the real question…


Do you track your calories?

If you are unsure how much fuel is coming into the body, you will never lose weight.

What does that mean? Well for starters if you eat too much protein and fat you can still gain weight.

Too many calories of any type of macronutrient will lead to weight gain.

So in terms of basic weight loss, you need to understand the basic law of thermodynamics. 

Calories in and calories out.
