10/28 Thursday - Why do I need a healthy gut?

By: Coach Ray Traitz

Most people are unaware of the link between the connection of their brain and gut. They work hand in hand.

How?

Both your brain and gut control your body's ability to improve or harm your hormones, mood, immune system, and overall well-being.

This, why most of our population is sick so often. If we look at what is so easily available to us in terms of food you can understand why.

Fast food, sweets, processed foods, candy, etc. In addition, what’s the quick fix? Medical intervention has a pill for that, but it has side effects, and we have a pill for that too.

So is there a magic pill? NO, and unfortunately there never will be!

The answer unfortunately is what everyone already knows, but does’’t want to do.

Exercise and eat right. However, most have a distorted perception of what eating right is.

Here is the answer… If it rots and had a mother eat it. Unless you are a vegan or vegetarian. You also need to track your calories. Just because you are following the protocol doesn’t mean it’s a total free-for-all.

If you eat more than you burn you will gain weight and body fat. On the other hand, if you burn more than you eat then you will lose weight and reduce body fat.

Plain and simple.
