If you are reading this you are interested in how to get lean and build quality muscle at the same time.
Exercise is only part of the equation.
We all know exercise (lifting weights) will build muscle. However, everyone does not have the knowledge on how to do this correctly. Hence, why you should consult an experienced certified professional.
There is more to the puzzle than you think.
In addition, exercise doesn’t give you the liberty to eat whatever you want. Piggybacking on last week’s post, you can not have the results you want if you do not have proper nutrition plus an exercise program.
This is also a long-term project with will take months and years to accomplish. There will be several obstacles that get in the way, however, you need to be educated on how to cope with situations like parties, holidays, vacations, dinner with friends, etc.
