  1. Find out why you “think” you have a slow metabolism…

  2. Do you track your calories you consume?

  3. How active are you throughout the day?

  4. Is your occupation active?

  5. Do you exercise?

  6. Are you properly hydrated?

  7. How much sleep do you get constantly?

  8. Are you stressed?


By simply making these changes and answering these questions. You can revile why you may or may not have an issue with your metabolism.
