It honestly doesn’t matter what type of eating “style” you choose in order to see the results you want.
However, there needs to be a few critical factors for success.
It doesn’t feel like a “diet”
It needs to be sustainable for life
It fits your schedule/lifestyle
It is something you feel you can do for the rest of your life
Nonetheless, if you are NOT tracing your calories in and out. You unfortunately will never see the results you want and need.
My suggestion is to hire a certified, experienced, and educated nutrition coach or nutritionist that practices what they preach.
Why listen or invest in someone that doesn’t take their own advice?
