Why do you need to know the difference?

If you are trying to get lean or lose weight this is an important element to your success.

Why?  

Because certain foods keep you satiated longer as well as keep your blood sugars stable.

As I always mention nothing is considered “good or bad” food. However, there are choices for reaching your desired goals.

If you want to lean out or lose weight stick with lower glycemic food to keep you full and satisfied longer.

Foods that are higher in the glycemic index spike insulin and you remain hungry hence eating more calories. The result is not seeing results and perhaps gaining weight.

Try tracking these for 2 weeks?
